These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our Dreamseer mobile and web application (“App”). Please read these Terms carefully before using our App.

By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the App.

1. Account Terms

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant to us that you are at least 13 years old.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Dreamseer cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

2. Use of the App

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the App, use of the App, or access to the App without the express written permission by Dreamseer.

You are responsible for your use of the App and for any content you provide, including compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

You should only provide content that you are comfortable sharing with others.

3. Content on the App

You retain your rights to any content you submit, post or display on or through the App. By submitting, posting, or displaying content on or through the App, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license (with the right to sublicense) to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display and distribute such content in any and all media or distribution methods (now known or later developed) in anonymized format (for example, themes occurring in a dream, emotional sentiment, encountered characters, etc). This license authorizes us to make such content available to the rest of the world and to let others do the same. On our end we guarantee that we only share processed and summarised content without references to your identity or sensitive personal information.

You are responsible for your use of the Services and for any content you provide, including compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations. You should only provide content that you are comfortable sharing with others.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms, including for example, copyright or trademark violations, impersonation, unlawful conduct, or harassment.

4. Intellectual Property

All right, title, and interest in and to the App (excluding content provided by users) are and will remain the exclusive property of Dreamseer and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the European Union and foreign countries.

Dreamseer and its logo are trademarks of Dreamseer. All other trademarks, logos, and brand elements appearing in the App are the property of their respective owners.

5. Termination

You can stop using our App at any time. We also reserve the right to suspend or end the App at any time at our discretion and without notice. For example, we may suspend or terminate your use of the App if you’re not complying with these Terms, or use the App in a way that would cause us legal liability, disrupt the App, or disrupt others’ use of the App.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dreamseer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the App, including without limitation, any defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of other users or third parties; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to amend these Terms at any time and will update these Terms in the event of any such amendments. We will notify our users of any changes to the Terms by posting the revised Terms on the App with an updated effective date.
